The behavioural interview is probably one of the most crucial steps in the hiring process. It demonstrates the quality of your soft skills, which are expected from great engineering leaders.
• ⌨️ Coding - We will present you with one or more problems and ask you to solve them using your preferred coding language. While not all companies assess coding skills when hiring engineering leaders, this step is quite popular among most Tier-1/FAANG-like tech companies.
• 🏗️ System Design - We will give you a short product description and ask you to think of it's architecture. Understanding and designing architecture is something the is often required

When else you can do to get yourself prepared

• 🗨️ Behavioural (situational): search for “amazon behavioral interview questions” (replace amazon with your favourite big tech company) and you will find many different resources with may different questions they can ask you during behavioural interviews.
• ⌨️ Coding - create a Premium account on leetcode.com and practice, practice, practice. Search for “coding interviews” on YouTube - you will easily find a lot of pre-recorded “test” coding interviews.
• 🏗️ System Design - purchase System Design Interview – An insider's guide (volume 1, volume 2). Search for “system design interview” on YouTube - there are tons of mock interview recordings available.
