How to use this form

As you may have noticed, all editable sections of the spreadsheet are marked with one of two symbols: "⚙️" or "✏️".

The “⚙️” attributes (which includes the entire “Configuration” section) are normally set by HRs and Engineering Leadership team before engineering managers add results of the performance review process to the sheet. Consider these fields as the rules of the game. Therefore, altering these configurations in the middle of the process is equal to changing the rules and should be avoided as much as possible.

The "✏️" attributes are typically set by Engineering Managers once the final performance scores are ready.
